T he Department of Art, Art History and Design at the University of Notre Dame invites applications for a one-year full-time Visiting Assistant Professor position in art history, beginning August, 2025, possibly renewable for a second year. The teaching load is 3/3 and a Ph.D. in art history is required. Preference will be given to scholars who can teach required courses as well as those able to teach a range of introductory and intermediate courses in Early Modern/Modern period (14th-19th century).
